Physical Appearance: She has the same facial features and hair color as Edward, but the curly hair of her grandfather, Charlie Swan, and the brown eyes of Bella. Just days after her birth, Nessie was described by Bella and Jacob as being the most beautiful person in the world, even though she was so young. Her heart pumps blood, giving her a blush, and her pale skin glows in the sunlight. Her skin is as tough as a vampire's, but her temperature seems to be unusually warm, only a few degrees below that of a werewolf. Like Jacob, she has 24 chromosome pairs.
Renesmee stands about 5'5 and has a slender but athletic build, weighing about 120. She has long brown hair, almost the same color as her father's, and has her mother's brown eyes. She is not a girlie like she was as a little kid. Now she'd rather play sports and get muddy head to toe.

Overview of personality: She speaks with both words and her thoughts. But really, the way she prefers to express herself is by sharing her thoughts. She is a very open person but when you have a father who reads minds and an aunt who see the future, its hard to be open. She is very curious, and it might seem to some that she has way too much energy. But hey—when you’re only 7, you have a lot of energy too. Nessie is the kind of person who would much rather be out exploring than inside with a book, however she does like to read. Just by walking into a room, she lights it up with her glowing personality and curiosity for the world and others around her.
When Jacob sees Renesmee for the first time, he imprints on her after seeing that she has Bella's eyes. This immediately strips him of everything that ties him to the world, leaving only a caring for Renesmee. Jacob now only worries about Renesmee's happiness and well-being. Renesmee is very possessive of Jacob, calling him "my Jacob" because she is the only person who is allowed to bite him. She loves Jacob the same as she loves her parents Edward and Bella. Renesmee also helped end the war between the Cullens and Sam Uley's wolf pack because of Jacob's imprinting on her: when she was imprinted on, she became untouchable to the other wolves because there is a law within the pack that if a wolf imprinted, the person they imprinted upon was not to be harmed. Jacob would do anything for "Nessie" and visits her every day.
History: Renesmee "Nessie" Carlie Cullen is the half-vampire, half-human daughter of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, born on September 10, 2006, on the day of Bella's human death. Her name is derived from the amalgamation of the names of Bella's mother, Renée, and Edward's adoptive mother, Esme. Her middle name, Carlie, is a combination of the names Carlisle, Edward's adoptive father, and Charlie, Bella's father.
Renesmee can survive on both blood or human food, though she prefers blood, and she doesn't produce venom. Her special ability is being able to send someone a memory or thought by touching their skin. Renesmee grows both mentally and physically at a fast rate, being able to speak only seven days after her birth, and soon she is able to read, run, hunt, and perform other tasks at advanced levels for her young age.
Her intelligence stuns everyone - Bella and Edward especially - as she can understand what is going on around her when the Volturi arrive. Jacob Black gives her the nickname "Nessie" because he considers her full name to be a mouthful, though Bella strongly dislikes him naming her child "after the Loch Ness Monster". However, the whole family adopts this shortened version.
After Jacob Black imprints on Renesmee, Irina, a vampire from another coven, sees Renesmee and believes she is an "immortal child", a child who had been bitten by a vampire. She informs the Volturi, as immortal children are not allowed to live. Intent on killing Renesmee, the Volturi travel to Forks. However, the Cullen family members gather witnesses from around the world to prove that Renesmee is not an immortal child. Alice brings another half-breed, Nahuel, who explains what he is. No longer seeing Renesmee as a threat, the Volturi leave.
Seven years later Nessie appears to be 17 years of age and is atteding school. Renesmee is connected to Jacob Black. He has been like her big brother, even in wolf form. They hunt together and have games at who catches the biggest prey. Jacob can't stand to see Renesmee get hurt. But now, Renesmee is starting to develop feeling for Jacob of more than just friendship.
Special power: If she wishes, Renesmee may touch someone with her hand, as her power is only on her palms like Aro, and show that person a collection of her memories and thoughts. Ironically, this ability is the reverse of her father’s power who can read any thought that happens to pass someone's mind. This is her preferred form of communication, possibly because her growth rate makes it uncomfortable to keep adjusting to ages. This is also the reverse of her mother's power, which is to keep everyone out with her shield. She is able to penetrate Bella's protective shield.
A sample RP: Drops of icy water splattered my face, rousing me from a deep pool of unconsciousness. I groaned, slowly opening my eyes, only to be greeted by utter darkness. A dull throbbing pounded at the base of my skull. As my eyes adjusted, I made out the shape of an unfamiliar room, saw the irregular shapes of the large black stones that made up the walls. The air was stale. I raised my hand to wipe the moisture from my face. "What…?"My groggy mind clouded over with confusion as I desperately searched my memory. "What had happened to me?" Without warning, the last twenty-four hours came back to me in a rush, flooding my brain with nightmarish clarity. A scream bubbled up in my throat and I fought to contain it. "Don’t scream! They might hear you and come back!" But I couldn’t stop the tears from flowing. I sobbed quietly, thinking about my family. What were they going through right now? They were surely crazy with grief and fright, were surely searching for me relentlessly, frantic to find me. I knew they would never give up, but I doubted that they’d find me here. I didn’t even know where I was, not for certain. I had no way to reach them, no way to call for help. I closed my eyes in defeat. The faces of my loved ones flashed across the backs of my eyelids. "Mom, Dad, Grandpa Charlie, Carlisle, Esme, Rose, Emmett, Jasper, Alice, Leah, Sue, Seth, Quil, Embry, Billy….and Jake. My Jacob.""Oh, Jake, Jake, Jake. I repeated his name over and over, like a mantra, a prayer. Would I ever see him again? In that moment, as his beautiful, smiling face lingered behind my eyes, I was filled with a chilling conviction: I would never see any of my loved ones again. I couldn't hold it back any more, that scream that was caught in my throat let out.
"Nooo!. Renesmee woke with a start, crying. Ness sat up in her bed pulling her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. "It was just a dream." she told herself. Nessie started to calm down as she rested her head on her knees, not hearing someone had come into the room.
